Project in brief: Project Demography and population policy in Serbia aims to further encourage and ameliorate ongoing cooperation between the Institute of Social Sciences (Center for Demographic Research) and Minister without portfolio in charge of demography and population policy. Strategic partnership between these two entities has been established earlier in 2016, by signing the Contract/Memorandum of understanding, (where they both agreed to work jointly on crucial demographic challenges and their future tendencies). Within this project, 4 educational workshop will be conducted for the civil servants in the Cabinet of the Minister in charge of demography and population policy, Ministry of Youth and Sport, Ministry of Economy, Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, SKGO (Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities), Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Provincial Secretariat for Social Policy, Demography and Gender Equality, Ministry of Culture and Media.
